Because the Submersible Sewage Sludge Pump requested internal for dry and wet chamber work, so Hydroman™ append the Cooling Jacket to the submersible sludge pump when manufactuer this type electric submersible slurry pumps in order to make the submersible slurry pumpdry operation and avoid damage to motor.
In addition to the main impeller, Hydroman™ submersible sand slurry pump includes an agitator built into the pump shaft that can move sludge deposited on the bottom of the water in a turbulent flow and pump the sludge out.

Superior wear plate: 28% high chrome iron alloy (650 BHN hardness) Bottom Wear Plate: High Chrome 28% Iron Alloy (Hardness 650 BHN) Shaft material: Chrome steel alloy (40CrMo) of high strength and toughness. Pump impeller material: 28% high chrome alloy steel (650 BHN hardness) Pump agitator material: 28% high chrome alloy steel (650 BHN hardness) Motor housing material: Iron alloy with high chrome content 28% (Hardness 650 BHN) - Better than cast iron. As the submersible slurry pump's wetted parts are made of high-alloy wear-resistant material, so the submersible electric slurry pump has good wear resistance and a large flow path.
